My Background
I trained professionally to be a theatrical backdrop painter.
I've spent many years travelling as an on-site Scenic Artist, on projects as big as Despicable Me in China and the interiors of the Millennium Falcon in Disneyland. My most creative outlet has been four seasons as lead on-site Scenic Artist for Hersheypark Dark Nights; and illustration projects for The Newseum and Mystic Aquarium.

My favorite inspiration comes from anything that makes me laugh. Whether it's a memory, a sound, a visual moment, witnessing an interaction, or even a greeting card that skews happy, I embrace it all.
